Best Spyware Removal Download

i am currently using avast anti - virus and am looking for something to run with it. if anyone knows of a free anti - spyware program out there that will not slow my computer down and updates itself i would greatly appreciate it. spywareblaster. it doesn't have automatic updates (best spyware protection)

i usually run adaware, xcleaner and emco malware destroyer. i will also run toolbar cop as well. all of these are free but work great. xoftspy is better. you do not really need an additional anti - spyware on vista as it ships with windows defender formerly windows antispyware before (free spyware download)
